Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders with a delivery address outside of Canada will not be processed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your province or territory. Remote areas (e.g., Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories) may experience longer delivery windows.
Carriers
Jeanius Beast ships via Canada Post and/or other trusted Canadian carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Jeanius Beast is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at eaniusbeast@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jeanius Beast is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at jeaniusbeast@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
